OK, I get the importance.. All the my protein shakes have anywhere from 5-10gs per serving, (5.5 in the whey, 7.7 in the post, and 10 in the casein) So assuming I have a pre work out shake, a post work out shake, and a bedtime shake, when else should I sneak in servings?
