My 1 RM is 450. So whatever that % calculates out at, I guess that was what I had done. I just took whatever I knew I could squat 15+times I better be able to hit 100+ in 10 minutes do to the number crunching that one would need to come close to the 15-20 mark rep wise to hit the goal.
