A lot of you guys are recommending creatine during PCT.

What's your favorite creatine to use?

I had some regular plan ole' creatine monohydrate, tasted like I was drinking sand!

I normally go for the more basic creatine and avoid high cost 'blends'
My favorite as far as performance/cost-per-serving/taste is controlled labs green magnitude.

That looks good Kris. Might be my next one to try. I've been off of creatine for a loooong time (except what comes in a preworkout blend). And I think it's time to try it again!

I just got a sample of this. I did not realize the price was that good. I might give it a go as well

word, orotine rocks!!! I trie it & my strength was up after 2 days, no joke. My second choice would be Creapure mono. These are my ONLY 2 choices. why buy cheap chinese bulk creatine that gives you the dumps when creapure is almost just as cheap, & WAY more effective??? If $$$ is NOT a big issue, Orotine, FTW...

You can't go wrong with good creatine monohydrate.

My faves:
Creatine nitrate (C-Bol blend)
Creatine orotate (orotine)
Magnesium creatine chelate (in Green Mag)
and... a few more....
Creatine monohydrate works good too.

I use Krealklyn form All American EFX in tablet form. No retention, no stomach upset, no bloating, no worry about mixing in something. For my weight, just 2 tabs preworkout and two tabs after!

I thinks Creatine helps in the synthesis of protein, which further promotes muscle growth and development. c . I also use it and it gives very good result to me.
