enter a strongman comp? atlas stones, farmers walk etc etc. you've clearly got the physique up to scratch, so lets see what you can do with it

Reason I ask what I was asking is to get your lifts up. Focus on strength and the weight will come . Get yourself into like the 1200 club or 1500 club. which club would you be in ?

And Mac I think shooting for 1500 by spring would be a hefty and awesome goal. Squatting 315 for 10 now, pb on bench is 315 or 2 (nowhere near that right now) and honestly haven't done heavy deads so that's anyone's guess right now.

I'm curious. Minus pre-workouts I'm pretty much supp free. Still doing that trifecta log but i'm on the formadrol part which is uh...well I'll save that for my blog. Lemme know dude I'm down to run something. Won't be taking anything fun till at late november at the earliest.

I am maintaining mid 180's on 2800 cals....i think when I go back to 5k+ in a few weeks I can hit 200 without drugs lol...i'm gonna try at least. I might get a lil fat but everyone in my gym is eating orals like skittles right now and I'm starting to get little man syndrome bad...only thing saving me is that I can still hang on heavier lifts
