Beer is for champions. Unless you compete or something, drink beer. Now if you have a social problem with alcohol that's a different story. I myself drink 7 days a week about 3 to 6 beers a day. I dont think its hurt any gains or put fat on me, but everyone's body is different I have a hard time putting on weight anyways and I for sure am not looking for a beach body.



I'm sore, but i'll go to the gym. I'm not hungry, but I'll eat.

I actually quit drinking beer last year as I wanted to see if it would help. I never drank more than a couple of beers on the weekend anyway but I have noticed some changes in my ab area. Moderation is different for different people. I personally am trying to eat much cleaner these days and beer just doesn't fit me anymore.
