Het guys, it's been a while. I haven't been here alot since my mom passed away. It's been weird since then. I have been working out though. I skipped the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas though. I did Cardio yesterday on Dec. 31 for 30 minutes.

Sorry guys, I've been setting up my diet and workouts. My wife hired a trainer for me this year. His name is Kyle Griffin. So far I'm impressed. The diet is killer. I eat a lot and still lose weight.

Thanks Kevin, I am working with a trainer now. Kyle Griffin, great guy, really knows what he's doing. I'm having trouble with my phone getting him text's but I think it's in my phone settings somewhere.
