I was doing a basice Power Routine when I was competing and was the strongest I had been in at that time.
I redid this routine a couple of years ago and it worked again. I was able to really put it into my schedule at the time because I worked night shift and would get off in the morning and then workout. Then go to the gym in the afternoon and workout again.
Worked for me.
Diet has to be spot on. Oh I will say this as well. I was the leanest I had ever been at these times as well. Like Matt said you have to have diet on spot for the energy and make sure you have enough energy to put up with the phantom overtraining which people thing they get. when doing something like this.

Hey mac, I know I have not been posting a lot but I have sure been reading and this seriously caught my eye since I am now trying to get into powerlifting. I am currently using a westside style template. But I am very interested to here more about the program you used. I would love some more details about it and maybe a few stories from your powerlifting days.
Thanks in advance
