I thought about an AK until I realized I group better at 50 yards with my bow. I understand the value of the weapon and durability is 2nd to none. They just don't shoot close enough for me.

Love the grips, is that pepper lamanate?

The mind and the body are interrelated: what you do to one necessarily effects the other. There must be a balance between the two. If your body is strong but your mind is weak, you are a powerful instrument with no direction; such an instrument rarely produces good. If your mind is strong but your body is weak, then you may be filled with purpose and good intentions but have no strength necessary to act on your impulses. You must strengthen your mind to control your body; and strengthen your body so you can always follow the good directions of your mind.

Well I have my AR-15 for accuracy. That is such a sweet shooting gun, but I still want the punch of an AK. But yeah, they aren't target guns

No, not yet anyways. It seems as if everything I've thought of to ask has been asked. So google usually helps me find the answers on some of the gun forums. But I'm sure they are fun communities.

Are you on any?

BTW, I've been using Scivation Xtend for 1.5 weeks now. I think I really like this stuff. I drink it before, during, and post workout. Not sure I notice a great performance boost, but I definitely think I recover faster (less DOMS). Fo' Rizzle ma dizzle!

If I can find it in Jacksonville, TX, I guarantee Birmingham has it. Check out your local health food store or nicer grocery store. It will be in the freezer.

Oh and Mac, I think I saw that Birmingham has a Whole Foods. If that is correct, I think they carry the Bread. But again, probably in the frozen section.

Yes, Mac their is a whole foods on 280. Also alot of the winn-dixies around here carry it as well. I used it throughout my prep and really liked it. I felt fuller after eating it than other types of bread.

OH btw, I went back and saw where you asked about the grips. Yes, they are pepper laminate.

Sorry for asking but that stuff is high I was hoping IPYU would get it at a better price.

I love the pepper lamanate, I have a Remington 597 in .22Mag with a pepper lamanate stock.

I'll send you some pictures today.

Meal #2

I started pulling corn chips out of the bag and laying them out on a pan for some quick nachos. I paused...then I put the chips back in the bag.

I then got 2 slices of ezekiel bread and made a tuna melt. Much better choice ....disaster avoided haha!
