Well it's December and the challenge put forth from Emeka is drawing close.
We didn't schedule a day to do the challenge. I and looking at after Christmas, how does Saturday, December 31,2011? I will get my son to take photos and will post the photos on either facebook or IPYU what ever the majority of the request are.
I am in need of a clarification also. I understand it's 40% of my bodyweight, but is the 100 reps split between the two arms (50/50) ? I didn't train as serious as I should have and I'm feeling I might regret it. We'll see...ya never know.
