I have been meaning to set up a new thread discussing some issues that have been coming up on the boards. This one thing is spam.

This is for those that come on our fourm and spam links to other sites that sell bodybuilding products.

1:
Unless you have specific permission to post a link to another website, don't post it. It is a lot easier to ask permission to either me or Illpumpyouup than it is to post it and get banned.

2 Personal spaces are okay but posting links to another forum is not okay. We would like to think we have a very informative forum here. Advertising another forum Unless that other forum is approved will not be tolerated.

3: Links posted to anabolic sites will be deleted as well. We do not condone this. However your business is your business don't do it on the open board.

4. Last but not least: No porn sites. Believe it or not I have seen several pop up. We are all adults here and I want to keep it on an adult level. That is why censoring language is not done here, but you have to realize we do have minors that come to this site looking for answers to their questions about Health and fitness. revealing PG-13 pictures are okay just no Hustler photos.

Have fun, This type of message just comes around every once in awhile when I see something early in the morning and it pisses me off to post this warning.


Oh yeah one last thing, There are several conditions that some guys have and want honest opinions and will post pictures. Like I have stated before Do not flame them or make fun of them. This is the quickest way to get banned.

For the most part this has been one of the best forums I have ever participated in. Lets keep it that way.
