Cardio/core day went well. Did 2 sets of 20 leg raisers with legs straight out, 4 sets knees up, turned sideways in captians chair did 2 sets each side for obliques (?). Then did 15 Minutes on stair stepper, over 1 mile, 129 calories, 17 minutes on eliptical,156 calories

Back has been uncomfortable for about a week now. I decided not to push the heavy weight tonight on leg press.
Seated calf raisers:
