Well I'm going to the gym. I don't really feel it I'm sore as crap from squats Sun and chest on Mon but it's time to get it. Tomorrow is a rest day!! I'm going to take a hot shower and see if it helps me get going.

BTW Rick I rode the raptor yesterday THRILLING!!! but my neck is a little sore today I need this lift !!

Cool Kick on the Raptor! You don't know how close I was to purchasing a sport ATV rather than a utility one, but.....

Well my girl got me kinda into it, when the first movie came out if I EVER forgot to rent a movie on our "movie nights" we watched Twilight. So I kinda had to get into it a little bit, but it is a little lubby dubby but it really is a good story and there is plenty of action to keep me interested, plus, its vampires vs warewolves...i mean come on, thats pretty badass.

My girlfriend has been telling me to try and get ahold of Stephanie Myer (chick that wrote the books and is directing the movies) Because im huge like the wolves but im too fair skinned and have a perfect widows peak and black eyes for a vampire. But either way she wants me to land an acting career lol.

Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing.
