I've been gone for a while and now I'm back to stay. I've been really busy with school even though it's my senior year. I decided not to do Cross Country this year because of the time committment and because I think I screwed up my ankles for life. I can't run on them without them hurting.
I'm tired of not doing much in the way of working out. We do weight lifting sometimes in gym and I really enjoy that. We don't do it enough though to see results/up the weight. Weight lifting in gym is just mediocre! No one really enjoys it except for me. Anyways, if anyone could give me a basic workout routine and diet, that would be great. I'm ready to start hardcore. I've started and stopped before because I get discouraged of not completing the diet side of bodybuilding. I just need to do it and work out the problems as I go. It's nice to be back. |

We lift weights and manipulate our diets so that we'll look good naked. Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing. |
