ive been keeping up with the cardio but i havnt done any weights for around 3 weeks as i have been pulling loads of doubles at work i will post up the numbers from my last workout in a few

im good thanks man just been busy at work and doing bits and bobs to my car and kinda stuck in a rut in regards to training aswell as looking at some courses for security.

I'm doing well. Relaxing this summer before I go off to college in the fall. I started full force working out the beginning of this month and I'm going to keep with it and hopefully get some great results. It's good to see you back on the forum and that you're doing well.
