Great workout tonight. Kevin worked out with me and we mixed matched things because I will be going on Vacation leaving friday so I decided to get everything out of the way.
Squats
Deadlifts Changed up and did Sumo style. Really liked it might just train this way for awhile.
Lat Pulls
Seated Row
Straight Bar Curls

Yeah, it's something alright. I think from Deadlifts. I've called the guy at the meet trying to get my money back. I don't think I'm going to be able to compete with this thing stinging.
I think I have to agree with Matt here right now. Deadlifts are out. Hell ask Kevin I was doing great last week. before vacation. I felt good going in this weeks workouts. Hell I was up to 12 reps on 315 on bench press. again. strength really coming back. Maybe I pushed to hard to soon. I don't know. I'm scared to do Legs tonight I will see how it goes. though. I'm getting that really tight feeling in my lower back the same one I had last year when I was building the deck and when I bend over I feel a stinging pain right in my waist line. I can almost feel it swelling. All advices and comments are welcome.

Me either it's really pissing me off. I'm doing a lot of cardio. Riding my stationary and walking in the morning. I really feel it lock up in my back walking after about 2 miles.

Well, I think I'm better now. I think since there is no more competions in the near future I'm going to focus on more cardio and these strength days right now.
I will be starting a new log tommorow. Cardio in the am and weights 3 days a week.
