Still doing negatives, but have started to work in a lot more Olympic power movements. Snatch, Clean, Hang Clean and jerk/press. Neck is growing like a weed with these. And, it just feels bad ass...

Too much fat for my liking. Did squat 475 during this AM workout. Now my right quad hurts LOL! Oh well. Moving in right direction I guess strength wise. Now it's time for diet to follow.
