Actually tubes are one thing Performance IS good for. I run their road & MTB tubes & haven't had many flats. Sometimes I'll catch a decent bundle sale they have on tubes & stock up.

From my personal experience, w/o enough water during my workouts I have a tougher time making it thru. I will often go thru 64+ oz during a tough workout.
