This pre-workout haven't really had it's time out in the sun. Since it increase test levels and nitric oxide like nitraflex and bullnox which both seem to be pretty popular.

Since BSN changed the formula Nitrix hasn't been nearly as effective as it use to be.

For pumps, noxivol (http://www.samedaysupplements.com/noxivol-by-ctd-sports-180-tabs.html) always did the job...

I try to keep it down to a minimum of 2 shakes a day. I always have a post workout shake of 50grams and occasionally i have a casein shake if i'm all out of greek yogurt or cottage cheese.

Nitraflex pre-workout is pretty kickass to be one of the few pre-workouts without the DMAA. Only flavor i did not like from GAT was green apple, it tasted too much like medicine for me.
