the reason the meals are so many is beacuse i wake up at 1pm eat go the gym then work untill 4am so i sleep from 4:30am to 1pm every day thanks for the advice on the rice also :)

200g protein
250g carbs
80g fat

Tom's lose fat get lean!

so yea title says alot i wana lose some fat while lifting and once the fats gone get bigger :) cant afford gym as im unemployed so got a bench etc and weight to around 80kg atm (getting bigger soon)...

milk thistle 3 per day
