Skinnydude's 3x5 Workout

Began doing 3x5 for my starting strength today.

Warm up 5 minute jog and stretching beforehand.

Squats; 205x5, 210x5, 215x5
Flat Bench; 135x5, 140x5, 145x5
BB Rows; 40x5, 45x5, 50x5...
