Kathy Rowland-In Love with Ronnie Rowland and "Slingshot Training"!!!

I am happily married to Ronnie Rowland-(My personal Trainer) for 14 years. We have one 12 year old son named Austin and a Bull-Headed-English-Bulldog.

I usually train only twice a week at our home gym because I have a lot going on in my life. Just upgraded to the STS 3-day a week cutting-phase to increase muscle tone and lose some bodyfat. I'm right there with you Mac-No Cardio! Will post more pics as progress is being made.

Never in my life have I trained the hammies with leg curls or straight-leg dead-lifts. They grow by just doing 5 sets of lunges each week. Ronnie just addded 3 sets of straight-legged dead-lifts to my leg day to see what the back of my legs will do. Special thanks to Rick in advance for posting pictures taken today by Ronnie..

LOL...I had Rick post those pics.. I wanted everyone to see the size of my wifes hamstrings. You really just have to see them in person to understand how big they truly are.

Kathy is constanly getting positive comments in public from both men and women about her muscular legs. They are so strong that she was up to doing 225 lbs on deep squats for high reps at the age of 44. Her thighs starting gaining too much size so we had to back off squats and do only lunges after stopping all leg training for 3 months. She just started training the hams for the first time in her life. Anxious to see what happens. Not sure if she will be able to stick with leg curls and stiff-legged deadlifts seeing how easily they grow from lunges, but I think she will.

well i certainly envy her legs. my hams are just plain stubborn as hell to grow. (though they get the most sore)

225 for high reps!! thats hot!! (my wife cant squat her bodyweight :P )

LOL, what hams? Drake you perve, lol.

RoaringMad Mac 07-07-2008 04:59 AM

Yeah, Drake has always been a perv LOL.

Looking good Kathy. I have always told Lisa that if she would workout she would be really muscular that way also being that she is 6'1.

Drakedogg 07-07-2008 07:01 AM

Not a perve, just sarcastic by nature!!

Thank you mac. I'm confident Ronnie could help Lisa do about anything she wants with her body. He's done amazing things for those who would follow his guidelines. He never ceases to amaze me.

Well, you certainly are a good sport about it, when most women would be freaking out. Kudos to you.

and believe me if any person was to say something bad in the respect they would be gone in a less than a second.

:<8>: Kathy and I have a lot of fun together. We have so much in common it's hard to believe at times. Our 14 year marriage just keeps getting better..She's definetly a great wife and a great mother.

P.S. Kathy I'm adding in some one-legged leg curls along with those dead-lifts on tuesday..: :D
