Ouch!!
So, got to start working lightly with weights on legs. The calf feels pretty good. I could tell I hadn't lifted in awhile....walking around like Frankenstein today. But, I'm HAPPY!!!

Maxie-I've been trying *not* to work with weights on my legs. My quads get insanely big pretty fast, and my calves don't like the idea of growing it seems - so I just try not to look like too much of a freak. I does feel good, though - doesn't it? |
I have the same problem...LOL I have found that if I do lighter weight but higher reps my legs don't "bulk" out. It's hard not to go heavy (natural instinct when I see madman). When I was younger I went for strength and had a hard time finding jeans!
