Thanks FearnonebutOne, I was going to rest and take it easy the rest of the week but I thought I'd do some upper body stuff.
Today my son used the f word and, yep I had to go fishing. We caught 3 hybrid bass about a pound each and forgot to get the stringer back in the boat before hi speed back to the boat dock. Yep lost the fish.

Dang Paw...lol Sounds like my kind of day...I got my boat out and washed up last week, I do a lot of saltwater fishing, well I did seems as though gas prices are going to slow me down this year...Come on down and we will hit the flats some day...Speckled trout and redfish and depending on the date scallops for supper....

Oh man, you know I would love some of that !! If we can get these gas prices to cooperate a little, we'll be floating a boat,and groaning from eating too much fish and scallops that night !! I love to fish and hunt. :[][]: two big ole iced teas !!

I've only gone fishing once since I was a little kid. I do miss it, especially since it gets sooo much better with beer haha. Catch/eat some for me!

Started out with a good workout. I couldn't even get close to a bench tonight to do bb bench press. The gym was really crowded. Several of the guys honing those muscles getting ready for competition in June.

Things are going well in terms of college. I've never been more busy in my life. Having to schedule every individual hour of my life to get everything that I need done and I still have more that doesn't get done is just crazy! Hopefully getting back to working out will get rid of some of the stress and make me feel better.

I was feeling pretty good tonight. I was a little perplexed about my benchpress tonight. As light as the 135 lbs felt I was sure that I would do better.

135 x 10 seemed really easy
165 x 8 this is where it seemed oddly heavy
185 x 2 I was sure I would get at least 5

This coming back is frustrating.
