I'm six years overdue, ya'll don't wait that long. A little inconvience beats alot of pain. Sometimes it means surgery and in extreme cases a coffin.

I just want to say thanks to all you guys that stopped by and read my blog. I'm not done here, I am in the middle of some stress that happens every year. Hopefully I won't have to do it again. Fearnonebutone can relate to what it is and he handles it better than I do. I'm getting to the age I want to slow down, do what I want to do for a change. Whether this really happens only God knows. I haven't been to church in so long I feel empty.
This competition gives me stir in my mind and body that hasn't been there since I was in my early twentys, when I power lifted. The excitment and adrenalin rush I've missed. I've worked out hard, sometimes too hard and had to pay for it with injuries that set me back (except for one, we all know which one that was (I'm still embarrassed). I wish all of ya'll could be there. I know you will be there in spirit, I just want to make ya'll proud. So remember me and my family in your prayers every chance you get and I do so for you in return. I think prayer helps alot. Thanks for all your friendships.
