well in like 3 weeks im buying a low weight bmx bike and ima start riding soo guys wat do u think of this starting on a 4 week plan
atleast 5 miles every day and also going the gym im thinking of on weekends doing around 20miles a day if possible
do ya think itl help me lose weight??

It certainly won't hurt. Should burn plenty of calories. Let me say though, I believe in taking at least one day off from any form of exercise. 2 days is preferable if your intensity is pretty high. Opinions may vary here, but I think your body will thank you for the day or two off each week.

We don't laugh at anyone's pics. And we don't allow it either.

Also, at your age...your testosterone levels probably are not as high as they will be. Testosterone is the key to your potential. My son AdamB (age 13) does not look ripped or extremely muscular, but I can see definite progress.

What will help you is to read as much as you can and apply it now and make it your lifestyle. When your test levels rise, you will see more and more gains on strength and size.

hmm, I have to say, I don't think a BMX bike is the best bike choice for a long distance cycleing workout. A mountain bike or a road bike would be best

now i have a road bike
:D going to start riding 3 days a week il get pics up off me and my bike :) i road about 4 miles yesterday for fun didnt even feel thats much drained :)

I thinks cycling is best to lose lower body fats easily,.
Its increases the fitness level of the body as well as build the stamina,.
Daily cycling is great to be fit your body as compared to exercise ,.
