Creatine question
So i am a 250 lb male, looking to build size in my arms. my shoulders, chest, legs are pretty big as it is, but arms arent all that big. i eat clean, and dropping a few lbs. My question to all you pros out there is, is it a good idea for me to take creatine at my size right now? I am taking 1 scoop of protein 30 mins after my workout and the allmax vitastack multi vitamin everyday.

In the past i have been told to stay away from creatine.

any help would be great!

Creatine should be fine. Just make sure that you are drinking a gallon of water a day. I personally just use ON Creatine Monohydrate, you can get 100 5g servings for like $12 or so.

If you’re going to add a supplement in, make sure it’s creatine monohydrate.A lot of other supplements out there will have a lot of junk that you don’t need, and they’ll be much more expensive.Save money and buy creatine powder and mix it with fruit juice.
