Soylent and Bodybuilding
As a wrestler I am always looking for ways to get stronger and lost weight all at the same time. A while ago I stumbled upon a product called Soylent. No not Soylent Green (the movie), a meal replacement. For all of your meals.

Do you guys think it is possible to eat Soylent and use supplements and get good gains? Is it a good idea to replace good with Soylent?

I don't know anything about it. To reach your goals, just eating better and lifting your butt off is what you need. A great routine, diet, and sleep. I never fall for those "all in one" type things.
