Starting 17-Pro Andro
 
Received 17-Pro Andro in mail Yesterday. Thank you Lg Sciences!

The containers for the Platinum Series is pretty cool.

I will be starting my cycle of 17-Pro Andro today. Has anyone taken this product before? Results? I would like to hear your experience with this product.

Took my first dose (1.5ml) this morning, and will be taking 3 more 1.5ml doses spread out evenly throughout the day.

I dispensed under the tongue and held it there for 60 seconds then swished in my mouth before swallowing. The taste is not the best. To me it tasted like water from a squirt gun. I don't mind because I am here to make gains not to be a food critic.

I will keep you all posted on my strength/muscle gains, and if there are any changes in my mood ect......

Currently I am 188.1 pounds at 10.8% body fat.

On day 4. No changes to note at this time. Getting used to the flavor.

My current diet plan that I use as a guide.

Meal 1
4 Egg Whites
5 Whole DHA eggs
49g protein, 25g fat

Meal 2
2.5 scoops Whey
40g oat meal
49g protein, 40g carbs

Meal 3
7 oz Lean Meat (Turkey, Chicken, Beef)
30 Almonds or 10tsp Peanut Butter or 5 oz Avocado or 5tsp Olive/Flax/Enova Oil
49g protein, 25g fat

Meal 4
2.5 scoops Whey
30 Almonds or 10tsp Peanut Butter or 5 oz Avocado or 5tsp Olive/Flax/Enova Oil
49g protein, 25g fat

Meal 5
7 oz Lean Meat (Turkey, Chicken, Beef)
30 Almonds or 10tsp Peanut Butter or 5 oz Avocado or 5tsp Olive/Flax/Enova Oil
49g protein, 25g fat

Meal 6
4 Egg Whites
5 Whole DHA eggs
49g protein, 25g fat

2700 Calorie

Current Supplements:

Orange Triad-6 tablets-2 @ breakfast 2 @ lunch and 2 @ Dinner
17-Pro Andro- 4 1.5ml servings spread 4 hours apart
Cissus- 1g a day in meal 2

Pre-Work out
Hydraulix Launch
Allmax Nutrition Creatine-5g

Intra Work out
30 min. into work out I add 30g of a weight gainer

Post Work out
31g Casein
31g Whey Isolate
10g L-Leucine
10g Glutamine
9g Psyllium Husk
1000mg Vitamin C

Before Bed
Prima Force ZMA- 3 capsules

One week into the cycle. Down 2 pounds on the scale. I feel that my strength is increasing. No change in my mood except that I have been really irritated by everything, which I think is a result of the weather getting hot, my house not having A.C. and not sleeping well.

Two weeks in and I feel stronger.
Update on stats:
183 pounds
10.92%

The last week I haven't been able to get all six meals in due to my poor time management. I need to get all six of my meals in so that I can keep the muscle gains coming!

What I usually do is if I know I'm going to be busy all day and can't carry my meals with me ill spread out the extra micros in the other meals so the cal intake is the same and my macros meet pretty close

Showstopper88 that is a great idea! I have done that in the past. I also will try to make up for it the next day. As long as I hit my goal calories by end of the week I am good with that. For example if I am shooting for 2700 calories a day then my weekly calories would be 18,900. so if one day I hit 2400 and the next day I hit 3000, I will still be on track.

Yes the cals are important, but if you are hitting your macros at 2400 cals rather than 3000 then it's all good. Just go by how you feel as well. You are your own best indicator of what you'll need

Yesterday was the last day on the program I was doing. Have about a week left of the 17-Pro Andro then I will start my pct with LG's Platinum Form -XT. My strength has increased with no change in mood or libido.

Finished my first bottle of 17-Pro Andro on Sunday and started Form XT on Monday.

Taking 2ml doses 3x a day, upon waking, mid-day and before bed. Tastes very similar to Elmer's glue, lol. I only know that because I used to taste Elmer's glue in elementary school.

My strength is up, getting leaner, scale weight is staying around 185. No change in the diet.

On my second week of Form XT. I am still not getting used to the flavor but who cares as long as I'm making some gains.

I am on my last week of taking Form XT. I will have to say that my patience these last few days has been very short. I find myself getting angry over really stupid things. I do not think that it is Form XT I think that it has to do with a bunch of stress and much needed time away from my kids.
