My bad. been stuck in a funk. low motivation and lower back pain. just minor pain but more of an excuse.
Looking to hit Shoulders and Traps tonight with some abs. gravity boots for abs to stretch out my lower back.
I'll snap some pic's this weekend.
Taking Dymatize Elite XT for my extra source of protein.
1 cup oatmeal and two egg whites for breakfast.
Angus steak and chicken for lunch and dinner with white rice.
I need to add veggies :(

Just been lazy with my nutrition. I cook enough steak and chicken breast on Sunday to last me the week. Just need to start microwaving my sweet potatoes in the morning for my clean carbs again. i have a bag of sweet potatoes that i haven't touched in days.

Yeah What's the deal with nobody else posting for this challenge i need some competition to help push me. So to push myself Harder and get back on track I marked my calendar. Hitting the Stage Nov 9th NPC Irongames Bodybuilding Championships… Men's Physique Masters 35+.

Looking to post weekly progress pics starting this weekend.
More to follow. My motivation just went back up.

The 'need' for veggies is a complete myth. Don't feel obligated to add them to your diet, for there is nothing nutritionally magic about them. If you don't like them, don't eat them.

Hey!!! It's Simon! I disagree, personally of course. I don't know the studies behind it, but I feel fruits and vegtables are important in ANY diet. I'm a huge fan of spinach salads, carrots, broccoli, and all the good stuff.
