	Man, it was the weirdest thing! i saw that huge dude in the gym yesterday.....I'm guessing his name was Ronnie ROwboat? No....wait, Rowland!!!!! just kidding. Those front raises rocked my delts. I can't lift a pencil!! seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
