hey brother! How's it hangin'? Still hitting the iron?

i took today (shoulder day) off. its hard when at work everything i do is heavy work. i dunno , as long as i dont irritate it tomorrow doing tris then its had a good 1 week without pain.

thanks for letting me in on the ir sale. ive been meaning to ask you on PL's quality lately, i heard some people speaking badly of them on ARR so i never made a purchase.

my last cycle i asked ronnie about.....dud stuff. couldnt be more pissed about it in my life, got reimbursed but still pissed as hell.

so ive given up on all that and i feel that ive been making good progress with zero supps. besides the glucosamine/msm =x

Not really. Man, I've been run through the wringer with both my testicle issue and my kidneys. I'm tired of going to see anyone who might deliver bad news. I know, I know...face reality.

I've experienced what I call "loose joints" before, but they usually go away. I had early teenage arthritis, so I'm hoping that's all it is.

My youngest (MasonB) is that way too. Agile as a cat, low low BF%, and eats like a horse. 9 yrs old @ 62 lbs. I think my oldest (AdamB) was around 100 lbs or so at that age.

Yeah, I catch plenty of shit for 'em, too. I prefer the low profile ones, and it was that or camo.
