I'm gonna stop my PH at 4 weeks(tuesday). I've looked in the mirror, measured...I've grown a belly. Im completely unsatisfied. I was a 32/33 waist 36/37 hips now im 41/42 hips 36 waist...I know this comes with using a PH. Im gonna gain weight...could this shit be water?

I was looking solid in Jan. It was awesome now im just a stronger blob. I gotta lose this weight but I can not sacrifice the muscle. After my PCT I wanna take a cutting cycle if it sounds good. any recommendations? anyways i've gone up alot and its not exactly appealing anymore.

This is my current diet that I plan to stick with

11 egg whites
5 servings of chicken (65g of protein)
3 x protein shake w/ milk 1%
green beans
2 servings ham
2 PBJ's
Bread rolls.(just to add some carbs, i'll eat it with any of my foods)
3 x cans of tuna (sandwiches or crackers)
1.5G avg of water.

if its just around your mid section its probably cortisol, that happen to me on my last cycle. i gained 2 1/2 inches around my mid-section.
get a really good cortisol blocker and start taking immediately.

this is my PCT.....reduce-XT is being ordered right now from work ha ha company time pays me to post on forums. play games. and most of all purchase stuff...at a young...we cant take a job to seriously.

What kind of Prohormone did you do? My guess is PP. It seems to do that to alot of people.
