i currently tip the scales at 200lbs
my ideal is 154 lbs
ive started doing regular cardio treadmill, running on the roads, and all that with abit of light weights, what should my diet consist of? im still eating my moms cooking, but please someone shed some light on me and point me in the right direction

clean diet, and portion control, is a great place to start....

low fat, high protein, carbs only in morning and lunch meals. eat fruits/veggies as a side along with meals. Stop eating when ur full. and only eat when hungry.
hope that info gets u off to a good start. that is just the basics tho.

thanks dude for the help, i will try that, see what happens with that, along with my training ill try it for a month and hopefully see some results :)
any more advice would be greatly appreciated

no prob, keep us updated on your results, if not looking better rite away you will at least feel better and have more energy. And remember that their is no magic supplement, supplements are only about 5 to 10% of it.
