Right now its 6:55am. I just got back from the run of my life. Today is Day 1 in my Routien. I tipped the scale @ 223 this morning. I was like wtf I weighted 215 on friday. But I got out the door and it just felt so good. It was 45 degrees no wind. I got to my first what I call check point. 1 minute ahead of usual. The second Ck point 1 min 30 sec ahead. I was like wow I am hauling ass. I din't even feel it. I got done and cked my time 24:XX mins I was astonished. That is right were I was last time cardio wise. Makes me feel like a new man/givves me new confidence. LOL

I am very proud of you, but not to rain on your parade. your entire time was 24 minutes. If running a distance to reach a time goal was your goal then you are blowing the frame out. Now since you know you can run like a madman (no pun intended there). Why don't you start running for longer time.
The reason I say this is after about 20 minutes you are burning nothing but fat calories. You are stopping short and selling yourself short on that benefit of burning as much fat as possible. Since you can run that distance in 24 minutes why not slow it down a bit and run for 30 to 45 minutes and burn more calories and fat in the process. This could be a very good reason your weight is fluctuating so much all of course depending on your diet also.
I am really not trying to steal your thunder but longer time running will net more burned calories in the process. I see no problem with once or twice a week to race it out and do it for as fast as you can. That changes things up and even burns more calories. Making it more HITT than anything.
The longer more steady burn will help melt that fat even more.

Naaaa, You are doing great. I just want you to not get so focused on speed running when that is not your goal. Your goal is shedding fat and getting ripped.

Mac are you sure you are not my coach from collage, he used to congratulate me after a winning effort by saying “it’s going to be tougher next week” he was right and I kept winning cause he pushed me.
Fed awesome job bro.
Mac is my coach.

Ummmm I don't know what to say to that actually. I just know where he wants to be. Now, if he wants to be a speed cross country runner then by all means step it up. LOL.
Thanks Kickboy.

On a side note,
I reas a lot of threads on here about what different people want out of their goals. I just think keeping them in sight of those goals is one of my jobs. I don't know the chemistry behind all of the prohormones. I am certainly not an expert on diet but I know what works because I have seen it work on me and on pros I know in real life. With that in mind I am just a fan of the average guy trying to loose weight and feel better about himself and have more confidence. To also know he did it and not some quircky fad diet or starving or some magic pill. This shit is a lot of work but is most satisfying when even the smallest goals are achieved.
