Im cutting up right was wondering if i should stop drinking the O.J at school. I Usally drink a V8 with Breakfast and skim milk if they have if not i dont drink milk.

Limit what you drink of it. If you are not taking in any dairy, I would just limit it to one serving. Drink water the rest of the time.
