Simply put. No more No less. No more RoaringMad Mac Diet log Every thing is going in here including diet if I can squeeze it in. This is a whole different Training Log.
I am dedicating this to my Dad. When He spoke to me He loved the idea of me Fighting again. I am dedicating this to his honor for all he ever did for me.
Times may vary because I will come back through the day and edit the different things. Like I have not eaten yet and will do so around 730am but I probably will not add it until I get to work.
5 am Roadwork. Walked/Jog 40 minutes Ab work
730 am Protein shake. 6 cups of it.
Consumed 2 and 1/2 cups took rest to work.
1000am finished protein shake. LOL.
1130am 2 oranges.
1:22 pm
1 12 inch turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. Only mustard and loaded with veggies.
10 sunchips
6:00pm Monday's A workout.
Chest,Shoulders,Triceps,Back width, Back thickness,
Incline Press
Dumbbell Flys
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Lying Tricep Extensions
Tricep pushdown
Lat Pulls
One Arm Dumbell rows
PowerCleans
(Did not do Rows, I was to tired after the PowerCleans.)
8:00pm 2 grilled pork tenderloins, 4 cups cooked brocolli with other veggies. 16 oz of Fat free milk.
