As promises Here are the pics of my Home Gym. Since these pictures I have acquired a Dumbbell that I can go up to 200lbs. I will take a pic of it when I have the chance.

Having your own gym like that must be sweet. You can work out with your shirt off while blasting crazy ass death metal and screaming like a maniac. Compared to lifting with a bunch of homo strangers who get in your way while having to watch the latest emo queer music video or britney spears video or whatever BS the gym is playing that day.
On another note: Thank God for my Ipod or I would have already killed someone.

That is one of the major reason Troy why I got my home gym setup. Since these pictures I have a put an Ipod speaker and a TV on top of that Refriderator in the background. I can hook my Ipod up to it and it is really loud. I was thinking about getting some speakers and installing them to the rafters but that is a little to loud and would really come through the floor upstairs. The way it is,my wife can handle the music loud and it is really loud in there. Besides the money I would have spent on installing speakers and wires and that crap I could get another machine. My next pieace of equipment is to get the rest of my DB for the powerblock. I should be able to get that in about May. Until Then I will have to do with Barbells and the Powertec which is fine. I only use that one DB I got for heavy DB Rows anyway.

Glad you guys like it. If any of you are ever in the area make sure you come see me.

Oh yeah, I am putting flooring down on the floor. That grey mat you can get at Sam's Club. It is the mats that put together like a puzzle. They are great for squatting on. I will also get bigger mirrors one day.

My friend just got those bowflex dumbbells and they are pretty badass. They go from 10lbs to 90lbs so they are very convenient and take up barely any space.

Hmmm.....WOW select tech from Bowflex has gone up to 90's interesting.

Yeah the only bad thing is that they are like 550 bucks give or take a few dollars.

Yeah, I know the next addition is going to be that. I could not afford to get the entire thing starting out. I can get a lot done with the barbells and the Powertec Equipment.

Very nice set up. I think it is a great investment, look at what we put into memberships over time, and it's yours to keep.

well, that would be a good thing because you could have the privacy of your own place and could not use the excuse of I don't want to go to the gym.

Yes, he does and so do we. But when you bench what he does, his wife can't spot him. It's a safety thing.

did you not see the Power Rack with barbells and free weights

Also the Power Block Dumbbells.

I actually have one station that I can pretty much do all free weights. I could have stopped and just bought the Power Rack with weights but the Powertec gives me the option to change up my workout and have the feel and safety of a machine as well. Believe me I am not losing anything here that I could get in the gym.
