hi i was wondering if sum could check my exercise routine an let me know wat im missing


mon) bench press 50kg 6reps 3 sets


superfly chest (multigym)15reps 3sets


pull down behind back (multigym)20reps 3 sets


dumbells curl 10kg 12reps 3 sets


dumbell pull ups 14kg 12 reps 3 sets


bar curl 17kg 6 reps 3 sets


leg curls 15 reps 3 sets


sit ups 50 reps 3 sets





I do that excercise every 3 days with 3 days rest in between an sundays swimming for 2 hours





my stats are:


21yrs old


5'9


11 stones


training for about 4 months


ne advice much apreciated guys

Are you looking for a more strength gaining program or just to add some size.


I looks as though you are not doing any core lifts like Deadlifts, Squats. These are important exercises,


What is your level of fitness in your own words right now.


Beginner, Intermidiate, Advanced or what.


Answer these questions and I can evaluate your situtation a little better.

a more strenghth gaining program


wat are deadlifts, core lifts?


i would like to start squats but as i exercise at home i fink it may be difficult coz i train by myself and could be dangerous wat would be a average weight to squat on? (ive never squated before)


i would say im almost at aintermedite level i have added sum decent gains since i started working out back in feb. i try to push myself as much as i can.im also trying to bulk up


im trying to eat anything an everyfink as much as i can and as often as i can.


recently started drinking 2egg whites mixed with a glass of milk coz ive being told it has alot of protein in it. i also drink some shakes.

To start off my friend. We will start you at the beginner level. Not ever doing squats or deadlifts leads me to this point. These are core lifts along with bench press and power cleans.
