working on it now, I'm not losing that much weight, but firming up around the midsection mostly. Cuts in my back are starting to come out, the 4 pack is there, bottom two not showing for the sixer, and more vascularity. Hopefully by the end of summer I'll be 210-215 @ 6-8%
