This is another friend of ours. Look at the transformation. I believe these first were take a couple of years or maybe a year ago

I have personaly seen him squat 365 for 8 reps and bench press 245 for reps. He is a hard worker and very dedicated. Hopefully he will be coming on this site to join us.

That's awesome you actually look bigger(heavier) in the new pics. Keep up the good work. I think overall you're doing the right things.

lats, back, and shoulders need some work, but youve made some absoultely amazing progress so dont get down on yourself over a few lacking areas. also, dont forget you have wheels to bro, so get some quad/calve/ham pics up and we'll critique those too.

Actually his legs are pretty proportional to his body right now. He has some pretty good squat numbers and when I mean squats I mean the right kind. None of that half shit other people do. Remember guys I see him in the gym everyday so I have seen his progress.

Actually We will be getting a new hack machine in a few weeks and then you will really see some difference in his leg size. Also The shorts he has on which is 90 % of what people use in gyms today which are Basketball shorts do not let you see your legs and hides what you have worked so hard for.

He back and shoulders look good to. The pose was messed we will work on that.

all understandable...i simply put in my .02 from what i could see in the pics, but it is much easier to get an appropriate evaluation by someone standing there with you.
