KICKBOY turns 45 today. I have been planning to take a picture but never got around to it. I finally read the directions to the camera (I mean I scanned over it and still dont know what I am doing).
Remember dont compete as a bodybuilder; I am a martial artist who likes to stay in shape. I do know that bodybuilding folks are the leaders in diet and muscle development so let me know what you think. I plan to start posting my diet and work out routine soon.

I just want to note a couple of things. I am starting to increase reps and cardio as I prepare for a tournament March 11. I plan to cut as far as training goes but I will keep the calorie intake between 2200-2400 per day.
I also have an injury that will require the surgeons knife. I plan to get fixed in May or June. I have lived with it for about 18 months and if I dont take care of it I will never am able to push myself like I want to. KICKBOY

Gracie jiu jitsu and Tang Soo Do. I spend more time training the striking art now days. I am working on timing and balance. I love grappling but the first time I kicked somebody in the head I was hooked. KICKBOY<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

They are Nike shox 2:45. I got to learn how to use that camera. I think my refusal to read the instructions is getting in the way.
I have tried several types of the shox and these are the only ones wide enough for my foot. KICKBOY

I just measured at the waist and it is 13%. Most charts say to take an average from the quad, tri, and just above the pelvis. Ill get the folks at the gym to check it for me this week so I get an accurate number. I have gained 5 pounds since those pictures in February. I will post some new pictures this week. You guys let me know if you think any of it is quality weight. One thing I am sure of is my speed is a little better and my flexibility in my legs has improved. I have been hitting the gym as hard as I can. KICKBOY
