Hi i'm new to the forums and was looking for some help, i weigh 225 lbs. i am 6'1/2" tall, i think i am at around 15 or more bodyfat, (i can see the outside edges of my upper abs) i am pretty big, my arms are around 17" and i used to be fairly strong. I haven't hit the weights for a few months but i am getting back in the game. My question was about nutrition, i know plenty about training but have always had trouble with eating. I was hoping you could help me out. I have to be at work at 4:00 in the morning and i make a 30 minute drive, i take lunch at 9:00 and go home at 12:30, i can drink shakes during work no problem. I am looking to put on more size without getting to much fatter. I appreciate the help and hope i can help others with my training knowledge.http://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gifhttp://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gifhttp://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

where in the hell do you work? 4 am plus 30 min drive? so thats like 3am you wake up at. :/ get a new job would be the best advice :)
can you put am/pm on your times because i dont get it. Is it 9am or 9pm or 12:30am or pm you get off at? because the diet will be totally opposite with that big difference.
if your 225lbs 6' with 15%bf, then you should be pretty darn cut. 15 percent is pretty good. I really doubt your 15%
when you say you have trouble eating.. do you mean eating or eating too much?
alright, with the information I get, this is all the advice i can give: Drinking shakes at work isnt gonna cut it. You need to eat, and eat healthy. Lose fat or not, you should be eating a several times through out the day to keep your metabolism high... so eat more often but smaller meals that are healthy. Im guessing your a cop(i dunno why) so you really gotta stay off the donuts.
Just read around the forum and give me some more info so I can actually help you out.

I would only use the protein shakes to supplement your protein needs throughout the day of course. When are you working out what time of the the day because that would help alot when you plan you meals also.
