Hello, I guess i'll provide the information first:


Age - 18
Weight - 96 Kg (211 pounds)
Height - 179



Question 1: How would you measure your Metabolism Rate and how would you measure your body fat percentile?


Question 2: Lets say your body burned 2500calories a day, and you've shifted your calorie intake to 2000 calories. Is it true that your body would start shifting burning only 2000calories a day? And if so how would you possibly lose weightby decreasing calorie intake?Edited by: aveeno

your body burns calories based on your daily activity. if you are
taking in less calories than you are burning, it will burn up the one
youve brought in and look to local fat stores to burn additional needed
cals for energy...
