I just read a post on mixing protein powder with fat free Jello pudding mix and thought I give it a try. If you are tired of having the same old protein shake's then give this a go. I tried it and ate the whole thing, ha ha ha. Its a great way to get that protein you need with out the crappy taste!

1-serving of your favorite protein powder
1-pack of fat free jello pudding mix
2 cups of skim milk

mix together let stand for 5-10 minutes and bobs your uncle. Enjoy.
I think I'm going to make some more!

yeah ive been doing that for a while, its quick, convenient, and tasty....also cheaper than buying the stallone protein puddings, lol

I use it with the instant type and for some reason it is better with chocolate flavors.

yeah protein pudding it really good....i keep the stallones on hand too just cause they are in the prepackaged container so it i need something on the go and dont have any instant protein pudding made i can open a can up...

mens health earlier this yr had a recipe for making "chocolate mousse" using protein powder and soy...it was actually pretty good...if you buy the big block of soy, ud mix the stuff up in a blender, it sounded gross from the recipe but tasted good, lol
