The time to train and time to eat properly. TIME is a luxury for me.

Eating the necessary amount of food to bulk. I like weight training, I can do cardio, and I can cut like no one else, but (clean) bulking just makes me feel insanely full all the time. I feel less athletic while bulking cause I need all the calories so I'm not doing any cardio.

Eating to bulk, and bulking with my other training is very difficult.

This is probably the best one. Temptations are a bitch.

For me their is all sorts of things that make it hard!At work watching during breaks, people eating pizza, tacos "good junk"out of the vending machines(TEMPTATIONS!)while I eat my egg whites and protein shake and tuna. Not to bitch, but i remember them to taste sooo good!http://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gifBut i will not give into saturated FAT,and love handles again.

Second getting the ambition to get my ass to the gym http://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif,don't get me wrong but when I'm sore from the day before and i get my three kids (2,4 1/2 ,and 6)to daycare the couch feels mighty tempting! but I WILL NOT GIVE IN!

I start to see the changes, and think YA ITS WORTH IT!http://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

yeah.i definately think that the eating a certain way and eating a certain amount part is the toughest stuff in the bodybuilding / fitness lifestyle.alot of times i'm basically force feeding myself cause i know that i need more calories.or i have to be leary and cautious mindedabout eating too much of thatyummy for my tummyjunk food.http://www.illpumpyouup.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif
