I have been doing Cardio every morning when I get off starting this day 09/27/05 I will begin to log in my everyday cardio sessions. Yesterday was as follows:


5 minute warm up on treadmill at 3.0 mph


5 minutes on Arc Trainer


20 minutes on Treadmill at 4.5 mph then last four minutes at 5.0mph and last minute at 6.0mph 380 calories burned and 1.36 miles


No rest in between intervals. Did not count cals and miles on first two warm ups never do the 20 minutes is the working set so to speak.

5 minutes on cybes arc trainer


20 minutes on treadmill at 5.2 mph that is the average I started at 4.2 then went up gradually topped out at 5.5 mph total 2miles. 406 calories burned. Edited by: RoaringMad Mac

Wake up 6am


walked for 30 minutes with sister in Law


Ran for hard 15 minutes on my street. I will get the distance later. It is really hilly. A liitle harder than treadmill. last 200 yards I sprinted.

I tried running after a leg workout like you guys said you do, but couldnt make it happen, because I was trying to run when I could barely walk.

Well that is something I never do. I will not do cardion on leg days.

i tried that once, and i got to about a 1/4 mile and then just collapsed, there was nothing left in my legs to move....

keep up the cardio..........you'll be down to contest weight in no time.....

Okay this morning


30 minutes on tread mill for 2 miles.

After bicep workout I did 20 minutes on Treadmill for 1.64 miles

Stated this again. Starting from Friday night. Bare in mind I work a midnight shift so times doing cardio may look weird


Friday night at 9pm 30 minutes on treadmill at 4mph jog


saturday morning before shoulder work out


30 minutes at 4mph jog with incline

9pm just got through doing 30 minutes on treadmill 4.7 mph at an incline for 20 minutes jogging and 10 minutes walking.

Going to bed now. after having a protein shake.

Did cardio at 9pm 30 minutes


Did not do cardio at 8am because I have heavy leg day coming up this afternoon.


5 sessions so far this week.

did cardio last night after legs at 9pm 30 minutes


Did not do it this morning I was tired from working the gate and went to get some sleep.


I have done 6 sessions so far this week 4 more will not be that hard before friday so I am still ahead of schedule.
