so my left shoulder is weaker then my right shoulder and when i lift i get a dull pain sometimesin my shoulder and it starts to feel tight, i had my doc check it out and he said my range of motion is good and he didnt suspect any real damage, he told me to go a little lighter and stretch more. it pisses me off cause when i do incline, decline or flat presses i feel my left shoulder give out before my chest does, im looking for some ideas to help out my shoulder

Well, first do as your doctor said and lift lighter until it gets stronger. There is no secret workout or exercise that will bypass any injury only time and lifting light will help it out.

Single arm movements may help. Do side laterals and front raises one arm at a time so that you can focus on th weaker side.

Ditto what the others said.
For your shoulders to not give up before your chests when benching, try goin lower then your nipples, that should help with less stress on the shoulders
