You need more smaller meals. 6 smaller meals will be better for you than 2 big meals.

As the other guys have already stated, you need to eat more. I know that doesn't sound right but it is. Your body goes into something like a reserve mode where instead of burning the food you're eating and the excess fat on your body, it stores it to make more fat for emergency use. You've actually made your body think it's never gonna get enough nutrients to survive so it stores them for later. You need to try to eat at least 5 meals a day. I know that's hard for someone in school but you can figure it out if you try hard enough. During school days, if your not gonna be able to sneak in small meals between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and your workout, then you need to eat really good at these meals. You can eat ALOT of food at your meals and still be in a healthy calorie range. Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day. Your hear it all the time that a big breakfast keeps you alert in class....well most importantly, it kickstarts your metabolism after not eating while you're sleeping

Not sure what kind of workout you're participating in but these are the recommendations I follow and pass on to you. Lift weights first, then do Cardio. This burns the sugar or glycogen reserve in your body and enables quicker fat burning processes when you start your cardio. Your cardio needs to be longer than 10 min. Sprints are good to build quickness but not endurance. If you ran 1/4 mile then did sprints and then another 1/4 mile and so on that would build your endurance up. Your heart rate needs to be elevated to levels between 70% to 80% higher than your resting heart rate for a sustained period of 30 to 45 min to get that optimum fat burn.

Hope this helps.

Honest mistake though, One of the new guys bumped and I wanted to offer a fellow fat kid some advice. Maybe another newbie will read it and be inspired.....

Thanks OTK. I do have something worth while to offer every now and then. Usually it's just sarcasm though....:sarcasmalert:
