I know never to listen o the guy at gnc, but he actually told me the other day when i was buying optimum nutrition whey protein, "that stuff is garbage, i would go with some lactic milk" he went on to suggest other brands of protein, thank god he didnt suggest nitro tech i would have punched him in the face. any thoughts as to why this guy would tell me Optimum nutrition sucks and to go for lactic milk, doesnt make much sense to me

optimum does suck compared to the stuff i use, but out of those two options, id pick up the ON too....
