I am trying to know what suplements I should be taking (or if I should be)..
I am trying to gain muscle tissue but not become big and bulky..but rather my goal is lean down a bit and have more defined but strong look.. I was thinking about trying Creatine. I never have.. What would be best for a lean , strong look, rather than a big massier look..I am doing 4 sets of each machine X 12-15 sets each. Aerobics 4-5 times per day @ 40 minutes per session, after my workout.
I have tried Universal Animal Packs and think I had more energy in the gym and did make some gains..This is my first suplement..I am concerned about calorie intake and trying to lose body fat at same time gain muscle tissue.

Preset time taking: Optimimum Nutrition: Ultra Ripped Fat Burners

Rethink taking creatine if you are trying to lean down. Just make sure you are putting enough protein in your body daily and eating a sound diet. Protein 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight.

Make sure you have a good routine where you are doing good compond movements exercises such as Bench Press, Squat, Dead Lift, Straight Bar curls, Dumbell Incline Presses. You probably already have a decent routine just stick with it. Make sure you are doing cardio at least 3 to 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes to start to help burn fat and gain endurance. Good luck

Why would you rethink creatine for cutting down? Any weight it adds is water due to increased water retention by muscles. There's no change in lean mass. It will supply your muscles with additional ATP, their primary energy source, which will be extemely useful if you are cutting carbs back during your cut.

Losing fat and gaining muscle is not impossible, but requiresan INSANE amount of knowledge about how your body works. In addition, the gains will be much less pronouned andit will be harder to identify whether your current workout/diet is working properly.

They dont work for everybody, but i get a decent pump from them. In reference to the creatine, use cee to avoid bloat.

I get a great pump from dropsets. Scrap the NO2.

Ther reason I would not take creatine in a cutting phase or at least as much that is recommended to take is that of course it supplies more ATP to the working mucscle but at the same time it holds more water in the muscle than you would normally want. Now I do agree however if you do not care about the water weight issues it would be okay. However if a person is trying to lean down and loose as much fat as possible and really trying to show the muscle creatine is not the answer at that particular time IMO. Believe me I think Creatine is a great product but it all goes back to the loose a lot of fat you are going to loose some mucsle. Yes that is a delicate balance between the two.

Maybe I should rephrase what I said about creatine Maybe for someone who is trying to loose weight like poundage weight creatine is probably not the greastest you would still retain some water weight but keep lean muscle. Like you said it is a balance that most people that have not done it before recquires a lot of knowledge.
